Yesterday morning I had a long morning and on the way into work I was hungry, but I had forgotten my pop tarts, so I decided to bite the bullet and spend a little bit of money. I was trying to think of somewhere with a relatively low cost for breakfast but something that was not really unhealthy. Of course “Chick-fil-A”, that would be perfect. I pull around to the drive through and see an ad for Chicken Minis that look pretty good. Ummm Chicken Minis

I think to myself "those look good and there are three of them" figuring that it would add up to about a chicken sandwich but with more bread because there are three of them. Well needless to say when I got back to the office the bread was managed and the three little nuggets together were not even half a sandwich. All of this for $1.85!!!! I know this isn’t big to most of you, but $1.85 is over half of the cost of a meal and these things were so small. Without hesitation I look into the bag for the receipt to call the store and there wasn’t one, I mean are you kidding me.
Okay the Chick-fil-A cares part: I have my bad sandwiches and no receipt so I go online like the bag tells me to do and I fill out the information including looking up the store. Next day Kimberly M. from the Chick-fil-A CARES department sends me an email saying they are sorry and then we worked the situation out. Does customer service get any better than that? I mean the name of her email account was Chick-fil-A.Cares@. I would agree that Chick-fil-A does care.
On another Chick-fil-A note: My wife and I just got our Peach Bowl plush cow in the mail and she really loves it. Amazing they gave away a ton of these cows just for going to the website and giving them marketing information. WOW!
