Active Directory training required

Active Directory

Thanks to my new role as Jack (of all trades) at my company, I've just spent more than a day dealing with what turned out to be a misconfiguration in Active Directory.  So that means that I need to learn a lot more about AD so I can prevent this kind of problem in the future.

Should I study books (and which books) or should I get the company to pay for a class (and which class)?  Thoughts?
