Everyone is using Windows Live Messenger now, right? It’s much MUCH better than AOL’s AIM tool. Better looking, better features, and you can now communicate with Yahoo Messenger contacts (not that I know anyone using that). Video chat, shared file folders (smells like Groove), and more.
