    Looking for an .net expert  is seeking a candidate with the following skills:

     5-10 years of experience with Microsoft technologies

  • Solid experience with SharePoint technologies (2003 Portal and Services) including development of custom web parts
  • Experience working with betas of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 is a big plus
  • Experience with SharePoint integrated to Microsoft Dynamics (CRM, Great Plains, Project) is a plus
  • Experience with CorasWorks a plus
  • 3+ years real world experience with ASP.NET programming. 
  • 2+ years real world experience with Classic ASP programming and JavaScript. 
  • 2+ years experience with MS SQL Server. 
  • 3+ years team lead experience and mentoring junior level developers. 
  • Experience with .NET Framework 2.0 - ASP.NET and WinForms
  • Experience with Visual Studio 2005
  • Experience with SQL Server 2005
  • Experience with Visual Studio .NET and MS SourceSafe. 
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies a plus (Commerce Server, BizTalk, Analysis/Reporting Services, Active Directory, CMS, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience in designing an application and seeing it through to completion, including requirements gathering, application and database design
  • Ability to communicate with clients at all levels. 
  • Ability to come up with the best solution for given requirements. 
  • Ability to provide reasonably accurate estimates for projects.
  • Experience with developing standards and best practices.
